Reset Your Password


If someone in your firm forgets their password, you may have to help them reset it. There are various ways this can be accomplished.

If you are the admin (with no additional users) and are having issues resetting your password, contact our support team for assistance.

While Logged In

If a user is already logged into their account and would like to change their password, they can do so by going to the Profile image at the top right and selecting change password.

Forgot Password

If you forget your password and therefore cannot log in, you can use the Forgot Password link on the login page.

You will need to supply your username and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. 

Resetting another user’s password

If as Admin, you would like to reset or change another user’s password, you can log in and go to the Account Management tab. Once here, select the user, then go to the Action menu

Choose “Reset Password” If you would like the user to be prompted to change their password the next time they log in. This is typically used if a user is having any issues resetting their password themselves.

Choose “Change Password” If you yourself want to change what the password (ideal for denying access)
