The Matter Summary screen is like the dashboard but on a matter level. It displays client matter and billing information.

Edit the Matter Summary Screen

To edit the Matter Summary screen:

  1. From the left navigation panel, click Matters.
  2. On the Matters screen, either double-click the matter, or single-click it to highlight it, and then from the toolbar, click Details.
  3. Atop the Matter Details left navigation, click Summary.
  4. On the Matter Summary screen, hover your mouse over the right of the Client field.
    An edit pencil icon displays.
  5. Click the icon.
  6. On the Edit Contact screen, make your edits. 
  7. In the lower right corner, click Save.
    The Summary Details screen updates with your changes.
