In light of recent events, we at CosmoLex want to let you know that we are taking the proper recommended precautions to ensure the safety and health of our staff while maintaining regular business operations and the level of service our clients rely on.
We have implemented a remote working policy for all of our offices to allow our employees to avoid unnecessary potential exposure to COVID-19. The CosmoLex infrastructure was built to operate from any location without sacrificing efficiency or productivity, so this decision will not have any effect on our day-to-day business operations.
Our clients are always our top priority, so we are taking every necessary step to ensure that we still deliver the same level of service and support you’ve come to expect from us during this time.

At CosmoLex, “We’re all in this together!”
While the infrastructure at CosmoLex is designed for our team to offer continuous support and assistance remotely, that doesn’t mean a life of “social distancing” is easy for everyone. We are sure that for many, Work From Home was usually a one-off thing in the event of extreme weather or waiting for a repairperson, but an extended period of time at home is a new “frontier” for many.
Many of us are finding out that we are really missing the interaction with our teammates and even the routine of our daily commute. That’s why at CosmoLex we have instituted some fun activities during the day to bring our teams together so we don’t feel so “alone.”
We have had a “Spirit Week” where each day we are doing something engaging online as a team. And the new tradition of Virtual Happy Hour where we all enjoyed a drink, and play trivia together before the start of the weekend has been not only a lot of fun, but also a way to promote even more camaraderie and communication between our employees across the globe.
So while you may feel alone, remember that CosmoLex is here to support you, it’s always important to have a little fun, and we’re all in this together!
