Invoice Payments – Editable Payor Field
For those situations where someone other than the client pays an invoice, the ‘Client’ field has now been changed to ‘Payor’. This field will default to the client’s name but can be changed if needed.
Also, the payee/payor field of ANY transaction is now editable
Google Drive Integration
Our Google Drive integration is now available to connect under Setup > Apps > Document Apps

Email Invoice Date Range Restriction lifted
You are no longer restricted by date range when emailing invoices in a batch. Instead, you are only restricted by volume. A maximum of 100 invoices can be emailed at once.
Also, the default date range has been changed to ‘this month’.
Tax Calc Default Setting Added
For those who utilize our auto calc tool for taxable payables, there is now a setting to default Calc as on or off for all payables.
This is located under Setup > Firm Settings > Financial > Tax Settings
Form 9A Update (Ontario Only)
When generating a form 9A for a bulk trust to general transfer, the client name is now included in addition to the matter file number.
