Upgrading to a subscription is quick and easy.


Your account will not be charged until after your trial ends.

Upgrade to a Subscription

To upgrade your trial:

  1. From the left navigation panel, select Account.
  2. From the Account left navigation, click User Management.
  3. From the tabs atop the User Management screen, click User.
  4. Confirm the user list includes everyone for whom you want to provide system access. Use the toolbar icons to update your list as needed.
  5. Note the number of users in your list. You will confirm this total later.
  6. Atop the center of your screen, click Upgrade Now.

The Billing Related Information screen opens.

  1. Under the Select Billing Option section, click the radio button for either the Monthly or Annual billing option.
  2. In the lower right corner, click Continue.
  3. On the Subscriptions Summary Page, take one of these actions:
    • If you chose an annual subscription, locate the CosmoLex-Annual field.
    • If you chose a monthly subscription, locate the CosmoLex-Monthly field.
  4. Confirm the field’s user account total matches the number of users you noted earlier.
  5. In the Billing Details section, click Update Payment Method.
  6. Enter your payment information and billing address.
  7. Click Save.
    The Subscriptions Summary Page opens. The Billing Details field displays limited account holder information:

    • Account holder’s name
    • Payment method
    • Last four digits of credit card
    • Card expiration date
    • Billing zip code
