How to Set Client Relations

This feature is used for setting relations between matters and contacts.  Setting relations is what supports our conflict check feature.

Step by Step Instructions

Go to the Matters page

Select the requested matter

Click “Details”, or double-click the requested matter

 

In Matter Details, click on the Relations tab > Click Add

 
 

Enter the contact name and relation to matter

You can also add a new contact from the set conflict check relations window, by clicking on theicon.

When ready, Click Save.
