Within CosmoLex, each matter has a Matter Owner (Responsible Lawyer) and many reports can be run by Matter Owners. Collection by Matter Owner is an extremely important report which computes earned fee for Matter Owners in a given date range. This report can be used for a variety of needs including productivity measurement; facilitating apportion fee allocation to matter owners by work/collection activities. This report also provides summary totals for each Matter Owner as well as each Timekeeper.

To access the report, go to Reports > Financial Productivity > Collection by Matter Owner
Report Filters
- Matter Owner: Choose all matter owners or a specific matter owner.
- Date Range: The date range options you have are Last Month, Last Year, This Month, and This Year.

Click View to preview the report or to download, select the preferred format (Excel/pdf) and click Download.
