Client Daily Digest Email


In Cosmolex, a client can receive a daily digest email summary report of previous day’s activities of shared documents, events, tasks, etc., that have been shared using Client Portal

How to Enable Daily Digest Email

To enable this on the firm level, go to Setup > Firm Preferences > Turn ON Client Portal > Check box where it says “Send daily digest email to the client with a summary of new activities of the day”. Click Save.

Once this is set, this will automatically check off this option under Matter Details > Client Portal Tab when client portal is enabled.

If you want to turn off sending daily digest emails to a client for a specific client matter, under matter details > permissions > uncheck “send daily digest email to client with summary of new activities of the day.” 

An email will be sent to the client with a daily summary report of the previous day’s activities for their case(s) as shown below:
