Improved Alberta exports, displaying your firm’s logo, exporting calendar events, and more.
Enhancements
Law Society of Alberta Exports
Alberta users when navigating to Setup > Firm Setting > Regional, enabling Law Society of Alberta Exports, and clicking the Export button, can now:
- Override the default date range field that is based on the first month of the fiscal year
- Add the export to the Job List once they have fulfilled all the preconditions for export
Client Portal Customization
You now have the ability to display your firm’s logo on the login screen of your Client Portal. This logo can be uploaded by navigating to Setup > Firm Settings > Firm Preferences, scrolling down to Firm Branding and uploading logo. You can also copy your firm’s unique Client Portal URL which includes your firm’s logo, to share with clients.
If your firm has a Client Portal login button on your website already, you will need to replace it with the new code to display your firm’s logo.

Calendar Events Export
The calendar CSV export file will now include attendee email addresses and a column for all day events.
Fixes
- Users will not experience delay clearing transactions that were imported using QBO documents in the reconciliation statement.
- In the Financial Productivity and Fee Recovery report, the timekeeper drop-down will now display the full name of the timekeeper.
- When creating a transaction levy, users can now manually enter the name of the document in the document registered field.
- When adding a new user to your CosmoLex account, you will be able to see the correct prorated amount chargeable to the credit card.
