This past weekend brought an enhancement and two fixes.

Enhancement

New Invoice Template Fields  

You can insert these new fields within your invoice templates:

  • Displays description and amount
[#AddHardCostNonTaxableItems#]
  • Displays description and amount
[#TotalTaxOnTaxableHardCost#]
  • Displays total tax on taxable hard cost items
[#TotalTaxableHardCostWithTax#]
  • Displays total taxable hard cost with taxes
[#TotalAmountWithoutTax#]
  • Displays total invoice amount without taxes
[#TotalNonTaxableHardCost#]
  • Displays total nontaxable hard cost without taxes
[#TotalTaxableHardCost#]
  • Displays total taxable hard cost without taxes
[#TotalSoftCostWithTax#]
  • Displays total soft cost with taxes

Fixes

  • Under Reports, the Law Society Compliance Documents tab in reports now displays when the Province Selected field under Setup > Firm Settings > Regional Settings > Canada Specific Accounting Settings is set to Prince Edward Island.
  • Expanded the matter PO # field limit from 40 to 128 characters. When adding or editing a matter, you can find the PO # field under Advanced Settings > Billing Info.
