Export a QBO Statement

You can export your QBO statement from most banks’ websites. Almost all banks offer the QBO format.

Export a QBO Statement from Bank Website

To export your statement in QBO format:

1. Log into your bank’s website.
2. Navigate to your statement downloads area.
3. Choose the correct starting and ending dates.
4. Download the file in QBO format.

Export a QBO Statement from American Express

To export a statement in QBO format from AmEx:

1. Log into American Express.
2. Click Statements & Activities.
3. On the right, click the green download arrow.
4. From the drop-down menu, click Card Activity. It is critical you click only Card Activity.
   A new screen opens. 
5. From the left navigation menu, click Quickbooks.
6. At the bottom of the screen, click Download.
   The statement downloads to your designated location.
