CosmoLex makes it quick and easy to track emailed invoices and confirm their delivery status.
View an Invoice’s Email History
To view an invoice email history:
- From the main left navigation, click Matters.
- From the Matters screen, double-click the matter, or single-click it, then click Details.
The Matter Details screen opens, displaying all invoices for the matter. Emailed invoices display an orange envelope icon toward the far left of the row.
- To the far right of an emailed invoice row, click the orange arrow.
The Invoice Details screen opens. Beneath the Invoice Detail section, the Details and Email History tabs display.
- Click Email History.
The invoice’s email history displays.

Check an Emailed Invoice’s Delivery Status
To check an email’s delivery status:
- In the upper right corner of any screen, click the Job List icon:
The Job List screen displays all print statuses.
- In the upper right corner, click Refresh, if needed. Beneath it, you can click the magnifying glass to filter the entries.
- To close the screen when finished, take either of these actions:
- In the upper right corner, click the X.
- In the lower right corner, click Close.
