If you are experiencing browser latency or are unable to view system updates, our support team may recommend clearing your browser’s cache.

Clear Your Browser’s Cache

To clear your browser’s cache, follow the instructions for your browser:

Internet Explorer 11
  1. In the upper right corner, click the Tools (gear) icon.
  2. From the drop-down, click Internet Options.
  3. In the Internet Options window, under the Browsing history section, click Delete.
  4. In the Delete Browsing History window, uncheck the Preserve Favorites Website data box.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. Click Apply.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Close Internet Explorer.
  9. Reopen Internet Explorer and log back into CosmoLex.
