For those who are not aware, Zapier is a way to create workflow integrations between two or more applications.

CosmoLex now allows a Firm to set up “Zaps” or connections that will allow workflows to run automatically.

What’s Happening at CosmoLex

Customer Success Corner

We have had some amazing changes in our Customer Success Department over the past few months. Alicia Cordero has taken over as our Onboarding Specialist. She is focused on leading all of our new clients through the Onboarding Process and making sure they have what they need to succeed in their first 90 days with CosmoLex. Once she releases them from Onboarding, clients move over to their Customer Success Specialist. That team is made up of Lauren Karyczak, Jenn Ludewig, and Michelle Wertman. Most of you have probably spoken with Lauren as she just celebrated her 1-year anniversary with CosmoLex! Some of you may know Jenn already as she is returning to us from a stint over in our Sales Ops team. Our Partners will recognize Michelle who is moving over to us from the Partners Department. So excited to have our team expanding and bringing such expansive knowledge so that we can work to serve our clients’ needs better. They are led by everyone’s best friend and Director of Customer Success, Laurie Guthrie.

Upcoming at CosmoLex

Summer is upcoming at CosmoLex but our team never rests!

With the introduction of our Zapier Integration, our Development Team is working on new Automation Triggers for Notes, Tasks and Soft Costs to join our current triggers.

And our Product Communications Team will be on the move quite a bit next month. CosmoLex will be attending:

  • Maryland State Bar Legal Summit – June 1st – 3rd
  • Texas Bar Annual Meeting June 8th – 10th
  • Missouri Bar Solo and Small Conference June 8th – 10th
  • Oklahoma Bar Solo and Small Firm Conference June 23rd – June 25th
