Client Portal Password
If a client portal user is locked out of their account after multiple failed attempts, instead of reaching out to the firm, clients now have the ability to reset the password using the forgot password link.
Abbreviated Country Name
If you check the box to Include Country under Invoice Print Settings when navigating to Setup > Firm Settings > Invoice Settings, and uncheck the box beside Include Full Country Name, you can opt to use the abbreviated country name when you generate an invoice or statement.
Fixes
- The billed or collected fees for the same date range in the Billing/Collection by Matter Owner reports will match the Financial Productivity and Fee Recovery reports that are grouped by Client, Matter, Matter Owner, and Area of Law.
- User will be able to filter matters using the contact type custom field.
- System will use default trust transaction account associated at matter level while adding trust deposit or withdrawal transaction for selected matter.
- If Invoice Approval workflow is disabled, system will use the next Invoice# in sequence when user overrides Invoice# while generating invoice(s).
