We have fixed a few issues in our classic and NextGen applications.

Fixes

  • While applying payment on an invoice using the existing trust retainer option from Matter > Billing, user will be able to view trust retainer associated with the selected bank in the matter.
  • When user changes the matter after applying payment on invoice using trust retainer, they will see the correct retainer balance for selected bank.
  • When creating invoices in bulk, the number of invoices selected will match the message for the number of invoices created and system will create only that number of invoices.
  • While using the active timer, user will be able to delete a time entry.
  • While importing contacts, the review screen will display the country and state (in read only mode) mentioned in the import document.
  • Once you exit the create invoice screen, you will be able to view the matter summary in the top panel.
  • If you are using accrual accounting, the accounting reports will only reflect allocation for invoices when invoice stage is approved.

NextGen Fixes

  • If you have enabled a matter for eBilling, you will be able to view tasks in LEDES format in the timesheet.
  • Users will no longer receive an error when adding an Activity column in the timesheet.
  • When making a hard cost transaction, system will not reset the expense name or description when you change matter associated with unbilled expense.
