10.12.0 Update (June 21, 2024)

We have fixed a few issues in our classic application and added a bunch of features to our NextGen application.

Fixes

  • If you have included a logo with the header, the invoice reminder email will include the logo associated with the invoice.
  • If you use the merge fields [#RetainerBalance#] and [#MatterTrustBalance#] in the online trust retainer request email template, this field will populate data associated with matter when email is sent to client.
  • If a task is deleted before the reminder date, the task assignee will not receive a reminder email.
  • Firm Admin can now delete deactivated timekeeper associated with a matter in Matter > Settings > Fee Allocation. However, they will not be able to edit any value associated with the fee allocation entry.
  • Users will be able to generate any financial productivity report in any date range without getting an error message.

NextGen Enhancements

With added features, you can now do a lot more with your NextGen Beta application. The list of new features includes:

  • Auto Timecard Creation: When adding a billable event, note, or task, you can now automatically create a timecard for it by checking the Create timecard box.
  • Phone Messages: While working on any screen within the application, you can click the + icon in the toolbar to add a phone message.
  • Deposit Slip: Use the deposit slip feature for reconciliation and record-keeping purposes.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile your bank account by balancing your books and bank account with the reconciliation feature.
