Use the Search Filter


The purpose of the search filter is to be able to search using various parameters. This is available within different sections such as Matters, Matter Details, Activities, Accounting, Contacts and Account Management.

This allows for fast searching of detailed information within each section and consistency when searching by specific fields. It also allows you to easily export a set of specific items you may be looking for.

For example, you can search through all clients for those with a trust balance greater than $10,000.

Search Filter Functions

  • Apply Filter Button will apply the search parameters you have set in the in search filter window. Start by filling out the fields on the form, then click on this button to see the results on the screen.

  • Reset Filters Button will reset your search parameters. This will return your search fields to blank and remove the filters from the data, so you can see all results.

  • Pin Icon shows in the top right-hand corner of the search filter window. When selected, the pin keeps the search filter window open while performing your search.

  • Close Window Icon appears next to the pin icon. Click this to close the search filter window.
