Use the Outlook Add-In to Edit an Email Tag

You can use the Outlook Add-In to edit an email tag you created. 

Edit an Email Tag in Outlook 365 (Desktop)

To edit a 365 Outlook (desktop) email tag:

  1. Single-click the email to select it.
  2. In the upper right corner of the app, click the CosmoLex icon.

On the far right of your screen, the CosmoLex Outlook Add-in panel opens and displays the tag.

  1. Click Edit.
  2. Edit the tag as needed. In this example, we are updating the Billing Status.

  3. Click Submit.
    The updated tag displays.

Edit an Email Tag in Outlook 365

To edit an email tag in Outlook 365:

  1. Single-click the email to select it.
  2. To the far right of the email, click the three dots.

    A drop-down displays.

  3. From the drop-down, click CosmoLex.
    The CosmoLex Outlook Add-in panel opens, displaying the email’s tag information.

  4. Click Edit.
    The tag fields display for editing.

  5. Edit the fields as needed.
  6. Click Submit.
    A submission confirmation displays.
