Error: “Exception of type ‘com.cosmolex.services.OAuthException’ was thrown” Message

Why is this happening?

This error may occur due to an issue with your document app.

How to fix this error

  1. Go to Setup > Apps > Turn OFF the document app that you have turned on.
  2. Go back to matters page > Add the new matter again > Click Save.
  3. After the matter is saved, go to Setup > Apps > and Turn the document app back on.
