Error: Invalid Token Message

Why is this happening?

When adding a user in Cosmolex, the user will receive an email to create a password to log in. When the user creates a password and clicks submit, they may come upon this message.

The cause of the issue is that there is a 3-day window from the time the admin invited the user to when the user clicked the email link and created a password. After 3 days, the email link will be invalid.

How to fix this error

Your firm’s admin can re-send the email by going to Account > User Management > (Under User tab) Select the user > Click Action > Re-invite User.

The user will then receive a new email where they can create a password.
