If a new user does not click the link in their email invitation within 48 hours of receipt from their CosmoLex Admin, they receive a token error message.
Resolve the Token Error Message
To resolve the error, the admin can:
- From the left navigation panel, click Account.
- From the Account left navigation, click User Management.
- From the tabs atop the User Management screen, click User.
- From the toolbar atop the User screen, click Action > Reinvite User.
The system sends the user a new email prompting them to create a password.
