The Internal User Chat is the internal messaging between users at the firm. Using this, a user can send messages back and forth to another user when needed.
How to Access Chat
You can only access internal messaging on the firm level under Activities.
Under Activities > Chat.
You will then see the user’s name you are messaging in the left-hand side panel.
To message the user, type in the box as shown. When done click Send and the message will be sent over to the user.
To view unread messages, there is a message symbol above the navigation menu as shown below:
