How to Cancel My Account

We don’t want to see you go, but if you have to cancel your CosmoLex subscription, you can do so online by following the steps below.

Steps to Cancel

Go to Account > Accounts tab > Click Cancel Account. You will see a “Cancel Account” pop-up window.


Note the warning at the top of the screen: “Post Cancellation, you will immediately lose access to your account. If you have any billing-related questions, please call us at 866-878-6798 x0 prior to cancellation. Your data will be irrevocably removed 30-days from your cancellation.”

You must then select your reason for canceling, and then select “cancel my account”

If you do not wish to cancel, select “Do not Cancel

Final Warning

You will then see a final warning. If you still wish to cancel, click Yes.
