Tip: Clearing your Cache/Browsing History

How is this tip helpful?

If your browser is not running efficiently or you cannot see certain updates, our support team may recommend that you ‘clear your cache.’

How to Clear your Cache or Browsing History

Internet Explorer

Go to the Setting Icon at the top right

Select Internet Options

On the General tab, under the browsing history section click Delete

On the next screen UNCHECK the first item which is “Preserve Favorites Website Data”, leave the rest checked

Click Delete

Click OK

Close your browser, then reopen and log back into CosmoLex

Google Chrome

Go to the menu at the top right (3 vertical bars or 3 Dots)

Select “History”

Click “Clear Browsing Data” button

Select “Obliterate the following items from: The beginning of Time”

Leave check marks as is

Click clear browsing data

Close your browser,  then reopen and log back into CosmoLex

Mozilla Firefox

Go to the menu at the top right (3 vertical bars)

Select “History”

Click “Clear Recent History”

Time Range to Clear: Everything

Check “Offline Website Data”, then “Clear Now”

Close your browser,  then reopen and log back into CosmoLex
