Enhancements 

Calendar Improvements 

With the new calendar improvements, you will now be able to see:

  • The account integrated with the calendar when you navigate to Activities > Calendar  
     
  • Email address and Calendar name display when integrated with Google or Office 365 by navigating to Setup > My Settings > User

Control System Email on Task Completion

You can configure the system default for Send email when Task is completed by selecting Yes/No under Setup > Firm Settings > Firm Preferences. When adding a Task or Task Workflow, the checkbox for Send email when Task is completed will be checked or unchecked based on your selection in Firm Settings.

Note

Your selection will not affect the existing tasks.

Fixes

  • Email Invoice and Invoice reminders can be sent to additional recipients assigned to the matter even if the primary email address for the client is not available.
  • While viewing or downloading the Client’s Trust Ledger report, only the ledgers assigned to that trust bank will be included.
  • Users will now be able to edit operating transaction connected to multi-matters.
  • User will now be able to apply invoice payment using trust retainer:
    • Using an existing trust retainer that has a future date on it
    • For an overpayment to the invoice
    • Using a duplicate check number
  • User can now manage Negative Balance Allowed permission for Trust Bank.
